You can submit a request using the ‘Sales Enquiries’ form at the top of the page.

Use a tape measure to find out your head circumference. You can then use the size chart to find which size best suits you.

Once the sale inquiry has been approved, you will be asked to pay a deposit in order to place the order. The remaining amount will be requested before shipment.

Please contact customer service via the request form, specifying the reasons for the return or any problems encountered upon receipt of the product.
Your request will be reviewed and you may be asked for additional information.

Once the request has been approved, a shipping label will be sent to you by email so that you can return the product in its original packaging.

Please note: if the original packaging is missing, if the product has been damaged during transport or if it has been damaged as a result of misuse, the warranty will not apply.

When the product is dispatched, an email will be automatically sent to you with the tracking number.

We offer international shipping. Please note that delivery to some countries may be subject to restrictions depending on local regulations and circumstances.
